What We Provide

Inspection – Detailed REO property inspections and condition reports per client and investor guidelines.
Securing – Board-ups, lock changes, and securing of doors and windows to protect the asset.
Trash out – Removal of personal property, debris, and hazardous materials as specified in work orders.
REO-specific work orders – Lawn care, winterization, preservation repairs, and other tasks required for REO compliance.
